The DuroCote Co. Ltd. was established at its current location in July 1983. In the early 1990’s,
DuroCote achieved ISO9003 registration. DuroCote came under new ownership in 1993,
and is now registered to ISO 9002-2000.
DuroCote has the facilities to apply a wide variety of coatings to various substrates of
different shapes and sizes. DuroCote has considerable experience in automotive, general
industrial, military and Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC). High tech electronic
and telecommunications cabinets and enclosures are also part of the mix of products
trusted to DuroCote for consistent high quality finishing.
DuroCote applies both powder and wet coatings. Materials applied include polyester, alkyd,
epoxy ester and acrylic baking enamels and air dry coatings, both solvent borne and water
borne, as well as epoxy, polyester and hybrid powder coatings in a rainbow of colours and
specialty finishes. Specialty finishes include spatter and self-texturing wet and powder coatings.
DuroCote also has wet-on-wet primer/topcoat capability.
DuroCote can provide pick-up and delivery service in Southern Ontario, Canada, and can schedule
production on a just-in-time basis. Custom product packaging is also available to DuroCote
customers.
DuroCote has an on-site Quality Control
laboratory. With our sister company, A & A Coatings,
we have four computer colour systems for colour matching and Quality Control verification
(X-Rite, Macbeth, Datacolor and Minolta) so your colour requirements and quality expectations
are met consistently. A & A Coatings also provides DuroCote with product development capability.
